Dr. Benz’s nutrition philosophy is that not everybody has the same physiology/genetic make up, and therefore nutrition programs should be designed specific to the individual. For example, some people respond better to higher carbohydrate diets while others can’t seem to lose weight without cutting carbs.

Dr. Benz takes an extensive history of your current and past- diets, exercise, general health, food sensitivities, motivation, sleeping patterns, stress, and energy levels. He believes on meeting the client where they’re at mentally in the process of weight loss in order to improve compliance to the program.
